I think I got a large. I'm a 34 DD with medium back and it fits perfectly. Probably the best fitness top I have. In fact I liked it so much I bought 2 more. The band under the cup is thick so it doesn't roll over or ride up and it's super comfy. Good quality material I have washed them all dozens of times and all good Obviously without wiring it's not supportive enough for me for running but I use for yoga or just low impact gym workouts. It also looks really nice just as a crop top so winning all around
